Al comentar las recientes sanciones de EE.UU. contra un grupo de políticos y funcionarios del Estado ruso, el presidente de la Cámara baja del Parlamento ruso dijo que la crisis de Ucrania fue exportada al país a la manera de la ‘primavera árabe’.
