Esta semana en la región administrativa especial de Macao, China, tuvo lugar el primer Foro de infraestructura Celac-China, que muchos funcionarios han calificado como «histórico», informa Prensa Latina. De este modo, la Embajada de Ecuador en el país asiático, emitió un comunicado en el que destaca que el continente latinoamericano se ha convertido en la zona que más potencial tiene para las inversiones de Pekín.

En el foro fueron presentados varios proyectos de desarrollo y financiamiento. De este modo, fue creado el Fondo Cooperación China-Celac, que prevé un mecanismo de créditos con condiciones especiales. Según el ministro de Transporte venezolano Haiman El Troudi, los recursos materiales que se destinarán en infraestructura pueden alcanzar unos 30.000 millones de dólares.

Las necesidades y las posibilidades de China y de Latinoamérica forman un matrimonio perfecto.
