En su último informe, la organización internacional defensora de los derechos humanos señaló que grupos yihadistas, entre ellos Estado Islámico de Irak y Siria (EIIS), «han utilizado a menores de 15 años como combatientes y a niños de 14 años en funciones de apoyo».
